Xenia,. .. .I am so sorry if I have offended you or anyone on this site by my posting. It was not intended and was an actual quote from a crew member. I have always held bmi in high regard but only on face value as a passenger and I was disappointed to find that there has been many negative comments on this site about them and I was hoping to spur someone to pass on some positive information. As you can gather I have never flown before and was hoping to make the right choice I just didn't want to start one airline because the offer was first and then wish I hadn't.
