Reserving seats then a/c gets changed
Hi All!! Sorry to bother you all....Air Traffic calling!!
My parents are flying from MAN on 21/10 to Rhodes on TOM2743. They paid the extra money to "reserve/request" 3 specific seats. As it was a 767 they didn't want to sit in the middle and got seats near the window.
They have just had a new set of tickets sent to them from TOM saying that the a/c has changed to a 757 and therefore their seats have changed....and they are not together!
Can anyone confirm the a/c type for this trip on 21/10 and also if it is a 757 then how do they go around getting a refund for the seat request as obviously its been wasted?
