Recognition slips

Its good to recieve these recognising when others have gone above and beyond, however dont think they count towards permanent jobs. So long as you report on plenty of time for duty, no sickness, work hard, submit plenty of assessments i.e 1 every flight (a pain I know but they are all worked out at a percentage) and there are vacancies at the end of season - you should have no problems gaining a full time contract.
