E.G.....Poor guy who left 1.5 hours earlier the other day being caught by the coal man.
The deduction of half an hour TOIL was a poor managerial skill, that controller should be deducted 1.5 hours TOIL instead. Although the coal man briefed the twr soap his one-hour eg rule, everything was back to the square one the next day.
Third floor, fourth floor and sixth floor.....are same same - things of the same kind!
Anyway, I like the management here cos' it gives me lots of fun in this forum these days. Imagine that everyday we push, clear, taxi, doing the same job, we do need some entertainment!
