I wonder what the implication may be to civvie traffic into SAAF bases, I remember awhile ago the SAAF refused to allow the CAA into WK to inspect a IL76, their reply was simple, the IL76 being civvie may no longer land at military basis untill inspected, the SAAF turned the corner at break neck to allow them in after that.
