Any other place in the world that alone would be enough to ground the aircraft. Blades with holes are scrapped. If it gives out what will occur will be catastrophic inflight blade seperation. The aircraft could become uncontrolable.
Some of our guys had one occur from another reason. Separation was near the tip of the blade. They barely got it on the ground.
