Perhaps you should post your enquiry on the "rumours&news" as well. Give you a bigger pool, as it were?
And as for asking the guys up-front; they usually love to answer any questions, but it's easier to remember and understand things when you see them written down, so I understand what you're looking for. And I would guess there are a lot more of us who'd like a better understanding of what they actually do in between reading checklists and telling a certain type of joke
