Thank you for your help, it has helped me understand things just a little bit more, my departure date has been changed from the 10th of November to the 24th of November. However I have to hand in 2 months notice to my current employer so if I am accepted it would really good to receive a response from them asap! So that I can hand in my 2 months notice and make the flight date, however I think either way I am hoping they will accommodate my notice period and move my departure date back if necessary. Fingers crossed huh!
