Aviation Daily has posted a pilot report for the A380.

One thing that caught my eye is that there is going to be relatively little capability to tanker fuel with a large payload. ZFW is only 35 tonnes less than max landing weight.
It's also not going to be a zoom climber, like some of the twin Boeings.
Still an encouraging report.
