kitty sorry for being misleading.
you are correct its MMAANNROOO. i said 4 off as i find with a good sleep between nights i need only a couple of hours on my rest day and then the day is mine. still more time off then i had in oz.
yes the nights are busy but as i say good sleeps between shifts and a good routine make all the difference.
