Your missing the point Theo,
My arrguement is that people with under a years service have not had enough time with to dock up sick days etc and it is my job onboard to mark crew on their peformance and beleive me their no better at their jobs than anyone else, the problem is that we are going to end up with an inexperienced crew to try and pull the airline out of this slump...and on the point of me not deserving my job through peformance, I've had 4 sick days in the last year, I've not been late and no one has ever had a problem in the way I do my job but sorry it's only natural to worry when you stand to lose a job you actually like.
