Now, you can't have it both ways- either people were sacked, or they weren't i.e. they 'chose' to leave. Squeezing them until they 'choose' to leave by being sacked- there's a great way to man-manage!!
More like you want it both ways, seriously "squeezing them out until they chose to leave by being sacked"??? You are either sacked or you take the option to leave, it can't be both.
