It stinks!Am I the only one who is disgruntled with the new leave policy? For those who dont know, Bond have forced upon us a new leave policy which means that our leave year is split into 4 x 3 month periods and we must take at least 5 days leave in each of these and if we dont take it in these allocated periods they will be bidding leave in these periods for us!Also leave cannot be taken if other pilots away in other areas of the country.-not appy!
