There is nothing stopping you from asking where they felt you went wrong so that you could try to improve for when you next apply. The data protection in UK actually now allows anyone to apply for their notes that were taken during an interview (if you have the nerve that is!)Dont worry any HR professional will welcome giving constructive feedback.
