Depends on what you want. Are you looking for flight training only or combining that with an aviation-based university degree?
In the US there are many 4-year Bachellor Degree programs from very prestigious universities that have an excellent worldwide industry reputation. I'm talking about schools like Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, University of North Dakota, Parks College, etc.
Canada has traditionally only had 2-year "diplomas." A few years ago some started a 4-year degree program. I really cannot comment on the quality of these, however, the aforementioned US universities have the long track record and industry reputation.
