Perhaps you have a point there.If they had offered a Radar Course,as I requested on more than one occasion, then I might have stayed a little longer.To release people from the TWR you have to plug the spaces there.Then the locals training onto radar gets further delayed.Sounds like there is an overall shortage so perhaps CAD should be approaching the Civil Service now.
