Have you not heard AC? its the master plan, the great US quest for energy, namely a big gas pipeline coming in from Turkmenistan, through Herat in West AFG down the ring road out through somewhere around Khandahar into Pakistan to an awaiting American ship in the wee blue waters, in other words an excuse to start a thing called the 'war on terror' that will never end in our lifetime.
