All are 4 day patterns with 27-47 hrs off in port. You do one trip a week with a minimum of 3 local days off after a trip not including the day you get in.
So you're looking at something like this....

P=PM Departure, A=AM Arrival, L=Lunch time Departure/Arrival.
The allowances are reasonable, but it depends on how much you spend while you're away. If you wee it up the wall then I suppose it's not that great, but if your "sensible" with it then you can save quite a lot. I'm somewhere in between. A sensy-wee'er you might say.
