I don't know much about the cabin crew side of Crossair but there is an info for whom would like to apply.
Crossair has only started to hire male CC for the first time. They are very few and on the MD fleet.
If you aren't swiss national, you will live in a place like Basel, on the French or German side but you will be taxed according the Swiss Inland revenue which, as far as my understanding goes,is a good thing.
