There has always been misconceptions about pilot shortages.
Southeast Asia for instance, is flooded with Airlines which have increased their fleets dramatically in the last few years and are looking for
Experienced, Type Rated and Current pilots to crew their planes.
Hopefully that short term shortage will filter down to the lower end, low time pilots in the near future.
