I have an interview coming up and I wondered of anyone knows the correct or expected answers to questions such as when have you encountered conflict? When have you encountered a safety issue? I am still relatively low hours and so am still relatively green in experience.
Well skinsflyer, you are going to find passing that interview difficult then. The whole point is that you recount an experience you have had where you dealt with some form of conflict, or a safety issue etc. No one here can tell you the
right answer, because it is not a case of rehearsing someone else's answer, it's about YOU and YOUR experiences.
