Afri - you are understood. We have an operation that has a healthy mix of all Gods miscreants and from time to time the disputes are there. There is a fine line between what one can call a "cultural observation or difference" and a racist remark or action.
Whilst I don't agree with fast tracking people through a system to comply with quotas, I do agree with actively encouraging aviation participation by all races, minorities and if neccessary investing in policy.
