Why the Rat doesn't send a 744 direct Dubai to connect with a BA 744 to H'row and soon-to-be Oneworld member Royal Jordanian up to Amman is something which I haven't understood for some time.
'cause the 744 can't do MEL/SYD to DXB on one tank of fuel without payload restrictions
Anyway EK are only asking for an increase in services between UAE & Australia, where the punters wish to go to after they get to DXB is of no concern to QF or the Australian government
