Best of luck to the guys in yesterday, on the way home my head was spinning like manikin man !! It really is a busy day can't stress how important a good nights sleep is before, so much information on here about the day but if you schedule to do it on a day off between busy rostered work days it's taxing on the old brain !! Hindsight for me would suggest a day off before doing it.
