In answer to your question,
The main things being;
1,Be Yourself
2,Lots of Smiles (even before the interview)
you'll be surprised how many people dont get jobs because they have been seen to have an attitude before the interview and in the toilets etc thinking no one is watching.
3,Not OVER confident, be relaxed.
4,Dont be scared of the interviewers, they may look menacing but are all really nice.
5,Know the company, routes etc. New, Addis Ababa, Almaty. Two new aircraft due early next year, Airbus A321 aircraft.
