Well apperently our job is a life style option and that is why we put up with such appalling wages or so were told.

A % rise in our wages !!!!
The problems is 20% of nothing is nothing .

Cabin crew in Aer lingus have been trying scince last Oct to get a rieview of our pay scale it has taken two strikes to get an average 18% rise depending on years services and now we have to go into a rieview process for 7 months to justify why we should get more money.Yet the piolts in Aer Lingus are looking for a 70% pay rise willl they have to strike to get this ???I don't think so .
Anyway we are own worst enemys we have to stick together in order to achive our goals, if we don't as i have seen so many time in the past the company just divides and conquers us but i do belive times are changing any eventualy we will get what we deserve money wise anyway.
