I think the main problem in STN is the lack of staff at security the staff there are trying the best but sometimes in the morning there are very few secuirty points open. The reason why is chaos is that there isnt that much space between security and check in decks so as soon as you get a buil up of passengers you queing back to checkin desks and its chaos. The problem is that stn is to small and can cope with the number of passengers. Its alll very well increaseing passenger numbers but if you are not increaseing the size of security or the number of staff you are going to get these problems. Its the same when arriving you have ques for passport control etc etc.
