Ummm, I would probably try to have something for the next interview to show some sort of 'self-imporvement' (they love that sorta stuff !!) try a tafe course something like that so when they ask what you've done since the last interview, you can say "well I've done ..... to improve my chances".
No, I dont think flying regionally would have anything to do with it.... I have heard of at least 3 regional f/a's who have had call-backs for the assessment day, next month.
