Flyglobespan and Air India
Flyglobespan start flights to YYZ as of May. This will make things interesting with Zoom. Zoom operates twice a week into Toronto with a flight via Glasgow. It?s nice to see more long haul routes coming to Stansted. At present the Zoom flights are running full so with extra seats on the route things will be interesting not just between Zoom and Flyglobespan but with full fair airlines like British Airways and Air Canada how will these big guys play their cards.
The news on the grape vine is that Air India is looking at Stansted to increase capacity into and out of the UK to India.
