I heard on Friday from a VERY VERY reliable source that we are returning to rates within the next 2 weeks. The penny pinchers agreed on Friday and are giving stations time to absorb the detail and introduce either 25 Sep or 1 Oct. I repeat a VERY VERY reliable source.
