One thing I forgot to include in my laundry list...What's the average salary pay increase?
I am asking that because believe it or not, there are companies out there that while offering a reasonable start pay, they will increase about 2.5/2.8% per year.
10 Years down the road, you'll have to move from a single family house to an appartment.
