Go and get a CPL with Instrument Rating & Multi Engine... then go back to Jakarta, go straight to Lion Air's office for an appointment, they might give you an interview on the spot... then hire you... given that you'd be without a type rating, they'll give you a 7 year working bond...Leave before that, pay 20,000 - 30,000 USD
