Crewing looks like none of the above. This is an extract from the Jetstar propaganda release:

Jetstar is to commence daily services between Australia and Singapore when it takes over existing Qantas Group operations on the Singapore – Darwin – Cairns route from 29 October 2006.*

The flights will be operated by Jetstar Asia for and on behalf of Jetstar under the Jetstar brand.

Jetstar’s Australian operations will take responsibility for marketing the services and utilise existing traffic rights. Qantas will codeshare on all flights.
The daily A320 service will replace an existing Qantas service operating 5 times weekly, and will boost seat capacity on the route by almost 10 per cent.

Operated and crewed under Jetstar Asia’s Air Operator Certificate, Jetstar will offer improved access into northern Australia for inbound international visitors, with the opportunity to fly directly into Darwin or one stop to Cairns on a daily basis from Singapore.
