Commercial Vs. Private operators
What is the position within commercial airlines with regards to hiring ops people from private/corporate companies? I was considering a move which would bring significant extra $$$ but am not sure if I'll be able to move back so easily. The way I see it career-wise, airlines are the place to be, am I wrong in thinking so?
