Here comes the big push on the QF pilots' T&C's. The stick and carrot approach. Make them fearful for their jobs with one hand by putting Jetstar onto a few more routes and talking it up, and then hold out a salvation/lifeline in the form of a contract in the other hand.
And there will be a line of pilots to sign it!!!!
