JJ, Msc and 3 years won't make up anything in these days. Especially with the big boys, they got more then enough people lining up for the job. And on top of than if you don't have a management experience you won't get anywhere near that, even with the Msc. (Sorry, not a disrespect, but is the fact). Depand what you are after and where, usually you will get from 20-23K to start with. With your experience if anyone offer you a job as an ops mgr, you really got to watch it!!
The reason to say that is we used to have a guy working for us with a raf background and we have to train him up as fresh.
