Jet Jones .... I have an MSc and nearly 3 years experience in OPs, plus another 2 years with in passenger handling...
I aim for an OPs manager position, but everything needs 10 years experience.... so need to play the waiting game.....
It appears that the MSc could be hinderence for OPS... cos they are concerned with experience b4 qualications.
BTW where are you doing your MSc?
