Well i heard about this delightful forum thru collegues at work and its a shame everyone is slagging everyone else off. . .Ok so Servisair lost the contract but the staff handling the turnarounds for servisair/ryanair now will (if their jobs are transfered over) be working for groundstar/ryanair. So its a case we have to work together, surely the point is that ryanair are a no thrills cheap carrier and in many cases you do get what you pay for. . .I was on duty the day that lady was unable to be offloaded from a ryaniar due to no formal contract between adi and ryanair. she was on the aircraft 3/4 hour and yes the family did help her up, but a member or servisair was there trying the damdest to get her assistance in the form of a wheelcahir, but yes servisair did fail her in the point that they couldnt help her any quicker but surely ryaniar did too by not organising a contract to help whellchair pax! . .the slagging off at the moment is very sad and the environment at the moment in stansted is the worst ive ever seen it in the 6 years ive worked there.. .Lets not lose sight that at the end of the day we all have bills to pay and we have to even if we dont really want to we have to work together.. .it would be nice to see something positive for a change!
