As terrible as this may sound I would never be that desperate to work for them. The bad pay, the cleaning the aircraft after, the blah uniform. I don't find it appealing at all, maybe there is career progression but it's a long long long way away and too work for peanuts, for pax that pay peanuts. Not for me. In saying that though goodluck to anyone who is pursuing a flying career with them.
