I quite agree with you. Worldwide flight planning here and even if I've done the training in LGW, I still have problems running flight plans. Even if you use correctly your <--> </> <J> (...) I still have some error messages time to time. Nice to have the DEN guys on the phone, but their answer is sometime so technical that you need to be an engineer to understand what he has done to run your plan...
