1970`s technology in the 21 century. All I want is a system that doe’s its job when I want it to I.e.: If I want to ferry to LGW from LHR then it does it strait away not putting in loads of funny codes if I wanted to do that then I would get out the charts and do it myself....BUT we pay loads of money for a system to do it for us..
Frankie 4 Fingers and monkey spanker you obviously work for Jeep’s and I dare say you both know the system inside out but even your colleges in the good old USA admit that its out dated and European airspace has changed so much over the last few years that they cant keep up.
I admit that if you use it for schedule route’s day in day out it can be given the human touch every now and then. But like here we have 10 or so large biz jets operating in Europe and the States, it is a real pain for fastball changes IFPS change your route’s most of the time.
Sorry to drag this out but as your company has no way of to pass ideas or criticism then may PPRUNE be our way of doing it in public.. . <img src="frown.gif" border="0"> <img src="frown.gif" border="0">
