Nick, I see the strake came about from NASA research (
http://www.nasa.gov/centers/langley/...98/98-097.html ) and the USCG are fitting the item to their HH-65. I can understand Bell saying what they are saying so they can divest themselves of any liability should proceedings arise in the future. Are you saying the proclaimed benifits are all smoke and mirrors?
