According to info on the UAL website Goodwin had been with the company for 34 years and was proud of the growth of the company over that time - hmm growth from a major US carrier with good service to a struggling carrier that may run out of money next year, whose quality of service is becoming lamentable and who suffered enormous problems with on time performance recently
I hope they do not continue to "grow" like that!
