I havent cleaned up vomit yet in the three years i have been in this job, but that is just pure LUCK that i haven't been in the wrong place at the wrong time (which of course no one can predict this!)
And when i have noticed it in a toilet we just block off the toilet for the rest of the flight. Of course if someone does it in the middle of the galley (happened to me, i dodged it and got out of the way JUST in the nick of time!) of course it has to be cleaned then and there. Yuck
