The FAA Ticket doesn't mean much in the Middle East unless you are from the asian sub-continent and willing to work long hours for a crap salary. FAA Dispatcher duty time limitations do not apply to middle eastern carriers either.

Your best bet for a decent job with the expat status perks would be one of the Royal flights.

Dispatch jobs with Dubai are normally advertised in Flight using a dircrete box number, AUH don't advertise usually taking candidates from CV's held on file.
