Well it looks like I have heaps of questions this morning- as per usual LOL.
Why do so many people leave
VB all the time? I am friends with a girl who has been flying with
VB for 3 years and she said around 200 have left so far this year. Are the working conditions that horrible? That is a mass exodus!! Why so? It's exciting that there is another two groups going through, but at the same time, it is scary that the turn over is so so high. If I get in, I am going to be one of those that hangs in there. I have wanted to do this for a long long time - I secretly think this is my calling (is that ridiculous?)
