When to use ICAO holding speeds
When does the differentiation take place between ICAO recommended holding speeds and the States recommended holding speeds?
My thought process has always lead me to believe if your flying in US Airspace, you hold using the FAR defined holding speeds, in other words, the State specified speed maxima and minima. That being said, when do the ICAO speeds come into force, when the state does not specifically address the holding speeds?
Sort of confused about this issue, anyone care to shed some light on this subject.
