As a straw poll if you have been involved what was your experience
was it voluntary or complusory ?
what was the offer Gov minimum or better
did all the voluntary applicants go before the compulsory ones were made
If you were in non unionised company did you face any particular issues
If you were TUPE'd was this done smoothly any other relevant comments appreciated
