I know that you were probably looking for a rise, and you've got one.
There is nothing wrong with the standard of the majority of candidates who are successful with Flybe. In fact, pilots from Flybe are often looked upon extremely favourably by other airlines when they want to move on. If you are looking for a training airline, which I know that you are not, then you could do a lot worse.
