I have been well and truly led up the garden path by this bunch of t****rs as well.
I think they hear of jobs and then advertise them in the hope that they will be able to place someone. I tried to get a job through them early this year with a well known airline and when I actually got to talk to the people concerned at said airline was told there were no jobs and if there were, they certainly wouln't be using an agency.
Similar experience with another, smaller airline.
My advice is steer well clear of Ned Kelly Aviation and if you are desperate enough to have to deal with them, don't expect anything in the way of service and especially don't expect a job to be forthcoming.

Have had similar experience to you with regard to telephone/mail/e-mail.
We should start our own agency as there man has previously told me that he bought a new BMW out of his commission last year.
